Security concerns were heightened on Thursday, November 13 after a young man attempted to enter the Chief Judicial Magistrate’s Court in Sribhumi carrying a sharp weapon. The incident created significant alarm within the court premises.
The individual, identified as Fakarul Islam, was intercepted at the entrance when the security scanner detected the concealed weapon.
Police personnel stationed at the court immediately detained him and recovered the weapon before escorting him to the Sadar Police Station for further questioning.
Preliminary information reveals that the youth is a resident of Sararpar in Ramkrishnanagar, Sribhumi. The motive behind his attempt to enter the courtroom armed remains unclear.
