Addressing a press conference, Director General of Police Kulodhar Saikia stated that the prime accused of the train murder case had continued to rape 21-year-old Radha Kumari even after chocking her to death. While this came into light after the murderers recognised as Bikash Das and Bipin Pandey were arrested on Thursday. Further, it can be stated that, both these accused killers were involved in both the train and rape murder case.</p><p></p><div><p></p><p>“<span>After murdering Radha with the help of Bikash Das, the other murderer recognised as Bipin Pandey raped the dead body”- stated Surjeet Singh Paneswar Dibrugarh, ASP </span><span>It can also be noted that, the case was jointly operated by GRP, Assam Police and RPF.</span></p><p></p><p><span>While a point can also be noted that the safety of the state is at real stake as out of 230 railway stations in Assam only 12 stations are equipped with CCTV cameras, stated B S Meena, divisional security commissioner, Tinsukia, Railway Special Protect Force</span></p><p></p><p><span>Lastly while interacting with the Director General of Police, about the Mob Lynching incident of the Guwahati Youth of the Karbi Anglong Case, he stated that the official investigation is still on process and the chargesheet will be provided shortly.</span></p><p></p></div></div>
