ASSAM: ATUL BORA URGED TO STOP ILLEGALITIES IN SRISHTINAGAR PRIVATE LTD.

In a latest update in Guwahati, the Dispur MLA Atul Bora forwarded a letter to the chief minister highlighting the illegal activities indulged at the Srishtinagar Infrastructure Development Corporation ltd. While the chief minister ordered an immediate enquiry after the case came to light. According to reports, the firm has started illegal selling of houses by a different name. While the MLA urged the Government to acquire all the land in the area including ‘Miyadi land inside the Srishtinagar area together with the declaration of the area as ‘Green-Belt’. He further requested the intervention of the Gauhati High Court in the matter.

The Dispur MLA also stated about the needlessness of walking zone at Fancy Bazar. The Dispur MLA alleged that there was literally no use of a walking zone between such a busy area
