Assam CM launches website of Sri Sri Anirudhadeva Sports University

Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal launched a website of Sri Sri Anirudhadeva Sports University in a programme held at his official residence in Guwahati today.

While launching the website, Chief Minister Sonowal said that the sports university has made a "good beginning" and would be successful in promoting sports as well as sports related activities in the Northeast Indian State.

He hoped that the university would be able to develop competitive and scientific environment for growth of sports in Assam.

He further observed that taking forward the values and ideologies of Sri Sri Anirudhadeva, the university would move ahead with sincerity and futuristic activities.

Sri Sri Aniruddhadeva Sports University is a public state university located at Chabua in the Dibrugarh district of Assam.
