Assam Pradesh Congress Committee spokesperson resigns in Bongaigaon ahead of elections

Birkumar Adhikari has resigned from all positions within the Indian National Congress (INC), including his primary party membership and role as a spokesperson for the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC).
