Bharat Bandh | Congress member Protest by Singing inside Haflong PS

Guwahati (Assam), September 10, 2018:

As the Congress members and supporters protested on the streets on Monday against the rising prices of petrol, diesel, LPG and other commodities, protesters who were detained by the police in Dima Hasao took the protest in a very unique way by singing a song inside the Haflong Police Station.

Just like the rest of the country, members of the Congress in Dima Hasao protested inside the Haflong Police Station with a song while they were detained by the police.

The protest was called in protest over rising fuel prices, inflation and a weakening rupee by the Congress on Monday has hit all across the country.

Simultaneously, on the other hand All India Mahila Congress chief and Silchar MP, Sushmita Dev, was seen in another image during the protest against fuel prices hike in New Delhi on Monday.

Public transportation in Assam stood still leaving the passengers in loss, offices lack attendance.

Congress party members and supporters have moved to the streets in support of the bandh called against rising fuel price.
