Rally held for Town Committee Election in West Karbi Anglong district

Guwahati, January 5, 2019:

A mass rally for the upcoming town committee election was held in Hamren New Market in Assam’s West Karbi Anglong district. The elections are scheduled to be held in the first part of the year.

The rally was attended by KAAC CEM Tuliram Ronghang who stated that the agenda of the KAAC  is the development and ensure that all efforts are made to move in that direction. He also encouraged people to avoid groupism and showed his support for Basa Teron, Longkendra Hanse,Biren Tisso, Lahorsing Kro, Dilip Hanse, Purnima Hansepi and Headsing Rongphar in the upcoming elections. Many other dignitaries were also present at the event.
