RHJMC to contest Panchayat Polls

Boko, November 23, 2018:

The Rabha Hasong Joint Movement Committee (RHJMC) will contest in the upcoming Panchayat Election, 2018 for the very first time from the Rabha Hasong Autonomous Council area (RHAC).

The committee has opened their offices for No 1 Boko Zila Parisad, near AGP office and No 2 Bekeli Parisad at Sakhati under Boko constituency for its official works.

All Rabha Students Union President, Ramen Singh Rabha said that their main objectives are ‘equal development, equal improvement and equal rights’.

"The RHJMC is always with the present Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government and always respect BJP party. However in the Boko constituency, the BJP will contest against the Rabha Hasong Joint Movement committee", he added.

The nominated candidate for No 1 Boko Zila Parisad from RHJMC, Kambu Rabha said that the RHJMC constituted by 36 ethnic organizations and he is sure that he will win in the upcoming Panchayat Election 2018 by defeating the Congress and BJP party. Whereas, No 2 Bekeli Zila Parisad nominated candidate from RHJMC, Sobharam Rabha requested to all the people of RHAC area to cast their votes to TV symbol to win all the candidates of RHJMC.
