Three Drug Peddlers nabbed in Arunachal's Changlang

Margherita, July 24, 2019:

In a major crackdown against the mushrooming of drugs menace at Margherita Sub Division and its neighbouring state Arunachal Pradesh, a team of Changlang Police Arunachal Pradesh in association with F-149 units of CRP apprehended three drug peddlers from Changlang area in the wee hours on Wednesday night.

The team recovered 83 grams of suspected contraband items from the apprehended drug peddler.

According to the police, the three drugs peddler has been identified as Md Sofi Shah (33), Ghanshyam Pradhan (46) and Younis Khan (22).

A case has been registered with number CLG 30/19 and Prosecuted US 21(B)/28/29 at Changlang Police station.

Further investigation is on.
