Tutu Sarkar along with other Congress workers joins BJP

Guwahati, February 27, 2019:

Former Congress leader Tutu Sarkar on Wednesday has joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in presence of party President Ranjit Das.

It is to be noted that Tutu Sarkar used to be a close associate of the Congress leader Gautam Roy.

Along with him, other workers of the Congress party namely Tumpa Dey, Pulak Das, Pankaj Chaudhury, Amitabh Dev Chaudhury, Nipan Sarkar, Munna Biswas, Pranab Kumar Baruah and Aditya Prakash Sharma have joined by giving miss calls in a party number.

It may be mentioned that the ahead of the Lok Sabha election, politicians are keen to join parties’ representing which they have the most chances to win.
