NEW DELHI: After Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Ram Nath Kovind today received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine at an army hospital here and urged all eligible citizens to get inoculated.

He took rest at the hospital for over half an hour for observation before leaving.
