SHILLONG: Meghalaya chief minister Conrad Sangma inaugurated the Police Welfare Multipurpose Gym at Baghmara Police Station in Baghmara in South Garo Hills district on Wednesday.
He said the gym will encourage Fit India Movement within Meghalaya Police and will help police personnel stay fit to perform their duties.

Sangma also laid the foundation of the most awaited greater Baghmara water supply project the same day.
