At least seven people, including six Army jawans, have been killed and 28 injured after a four-storey building collapsed in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh due to rain on Monday.
According to official reports, at least seven more people are still trapped in the debris.
It is to be mentioned that more than 16 hours have passed since the mishap occurred and the rescue operation by the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Army and the state police is still on.

Over a dozen people have been pulled out from the rubble so far. However, six army personnel and one civilian casualty have been reported.
On the other hand, seven Army personnel are still feared trapped.
The Army jawans belonging to the Assam Regiment of nearby Dagshai Cantonment were having a party when the eatery-cum-residential complex collapsed located on the Nahan-Kumarhatti road in Himachal Pradesh.
The latest update said at least 42 people were trapped under the rubble of the collapsed building of which 28 including 17 Army personnel and 11 civilians, have been rescued.
The rescue operation is being carried out jointly by the Indian Army, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and police.
Two teams of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) including one each from Haryana's Panchkula and Shimla's Sunni reached on Sunday night at the spot to carry out the rescue work.
