The Hero Indian Super League (ISL) came to an end with Hyderabad FC winning over NorthEast United FC with a mega 5-1 win at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium.
Liston Colaclo and (12′, 41′), Marcelinho (13′, 88’) scored braces while Mohammed Yasir (55′) also went on to score a goal which led to earn Hyderabad’s second win of the season.

With 10 points from 18 matches, Hyderabad concluded their ISL season at the bottom and Northeast remained in the ninth rank with 13 points and a match to go.

Hyderabad FC needed three more points to refrain from being the worst team in the history of ISL. However, it doubled its lead in the game some time later and once again it was a defensive error by Northeast that opened the doors for the successor’s position at the ISL.
