Rolled oats + almond milk/yogurt. Add blueberries, strawberries. Add Chia seeds and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Prep the night before.

On wholegrain or sourdough toast, add mashed avocado and lemon juice. Top with a fried or poached egg, sprinkled with black pepper.

Add spinach/kale + banana + frozen mango and blend with almond milk or coconut water. Top with flaxseeds, walnuts, and a few berries

Take unsweetened Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative) and add sliced kiwi, pineapple, or papaya. Top with walnuts or almonds + drizzle of honey

On whole wheat wrap or tortilla, add scrambled eggs or tofu + sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
