Greek Frappe: Simple Coffee To Make At Home

A simple instant iced coffee drink that originated in Greece in the 1950s.

It is a strong, cold coffee drink made with instant coffee, sugar, milk, ice and water.

Add instant coffee, sugar and cold water and give it a really good shake – at least a minute, until frothy and creamy.

Add the ice, cold water and milk to the glass.

Pour the sweet frothy coffee mixture over the top of the milk and water in the glass

This recipe works best with evaporated milk - a shelf stable and naturally sweet milk.
