The three-day organic food fest held in New Delhi is a platform for entrepreneurs to showcase their products from across the country. “Many Self-Help groups have to showcase the products produced in their areas. This will give them a platform to not just interact with each other, but also interact with other business people and retailers. I am happy to say that not only we as consumers are interested in organic, but the retailers across the world want to source organic products as well,” said Union Food Processing Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal at the food fest.
