In view of the enforcement of new guidelines of Unlock - 4 in the state of Arunachal Pradesh, all the state government officers, and officials deputed since March for COVID - 19 duty at Namchick and Namdang check gates, including the facility quarantine centers in Changlang district are withdrawn with immediate effect.
However, the medical and health staff will continue to be engaged in check gates including facility quarantine and COVID Care Centers across the district, the deputy commissioner, Changlang Dr. Devansh Yadav in an order said.

All the officers/ officials deployed in check gates and facility quarantine centers will cease to operate in the district with immediate effect, the order reads.
CORONAVIRUS IN ARUNACHAL :
Arunachal recorded 148 Covid-19 positive cases on Wednesday, of whom five are symptomatic cases, while ninety-six patients recovered on the same day.
