ARUNACHAL PRADESH: AAMTF LODGES FIR ON ‘ILLEGAL’ CONSTRUCTION

The All Arunachal Motor Transports’ Federation (AAMTF) has lodged an FIR with the Itanagar Police Station against two individuals for allegedly constructing permanent structures at public parking places.

In the FIR, the Federation claimed that two individuals namely Khyoda Yaji and Roger Nabam Hina allegedly constructed structures at public parking places near Clock Tower and Bank of Baroda in Ganga, Itanagar.

The Itanagar Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner had reportedly allowed the vendor groups to use the said parking areas on temporary basis, but few vendors have allegedly occupied the area and started constructing permanent structures thereby causing parking problems in the area, said the AAMTF.

In this regard, the Federation requested the police to book the individuals involved in construction of structure at public parking places.
