ARUNACHAL PRADESH: AYUSHMAN BHARAT SCHEME LAUNCHED IN EAST SIANG

Ayushman Bharat which is a National Health Protection Scheme, was launched in the East Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh on 30th April. The mission was launched by the Deputy Commissioner of the District around 8am in the morning.

The scheme has the benefit cover  of Rs. 5 Lakh per family per year. The target beneficiaries of the proposed scheme will be more than 10 Crore families belonging  to poor and vulnerable population based on SECC database.
