A huge protest was carried out by people of Koloriang town in Arunachal Pradesh on Saturday demanding repoll in four polling stations where BJP candidate Lokam Tassar's supporters allegedly captured the polling station and threatened NPP and Congress workers and agents.
Locals, who gheraoed the office of the Deputy Commissioner seeking justice, have alleged that the BJP used weapons and arms to disperse the voters and captured the poll and started voting by themselves on behalf of all the voters. This incident happened at the polling booths of Damin circle of Koloriang town.
It's a booth where the road is not accessible and the name of the polling station is Nyokoriang. Voters of the opposition have alleged that they were sent back after being threatened with arms after the booth was captured by BJP supporters of candidate Lokam Tassar. Allegations have been made that magistrates and officials were also bribed by the BJP candidate.

It may be mentioned that the Election Commission has not yet accepted the repoll demand of the people of Kurung Kumey district.
