ITANAGAR: Youths of East kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh stopped the work of PMGSY road in their village as the black topping quality was of lowest level during their survey.

All Pipu Gyawe-Purang Youth Welfare Association (APGYWA) visited the Attarang to Pipu (31 KM) stage-II PMGSY road of East kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh and found the lowest quality of work done by the contractors.
