TAWANG: Meghalaya chief minister Conrad K Sangma and Union Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju's adventures have now taken them to the Penga Teng Tso in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh.
"Had the opportunity to visit the mesmerising Penga Teng Tso Lake in #Tawang with my friend Kiren Rijiju ji. Popularly known as P.T Tso is one of the most interesting lakes surrounded by the brilliance and beauty of Mother Nature," Sangma wrote in a tweet.
Sangma also shared some pictures showing the majestic beauty of the lake, which is one of the biggest attractions in the tourism hotspot of Tawang.
It is a known fact that both the dynamic Northeast Indian leaders Sangma and Rijiju are adventure aficionados.

The former went on an off-road expedition with Arunachal chief minister in Tawang district. In the latest video posted by Pema Khandu, in his effort to boost tourism in Arunachal Pradesh, the 40-year-old Chief Minister of the state is seen driving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) in the snow in Tawang.
The expedition was a 107-kilometer ride from Penga Teng Tso Lake to Mago, crossing an altitude of above 15,600 feet.
Sangma is also known for his adventurous spirit, and has undertaken several treks on foot to promote Meghalaya tourism.
