ITANAGAR: Arunachal Pradesh registered 10 new COVID-19 positive cases over the past 24 hours and 5 out of 10 patients are asymptomatic as the state directorate of health services bulletin stated.
With these 10 news positive cases, the state tally raised to 16,912. Itanagar Capital Complex (ICC) reported six, Lower Dibang Valley and East Siang each reported two new cases as stated in the bulletin.
With the discharge of a patient on recovery from COVID-19, the state recovery tally reached 16,792.

Currently, Arunachal Pradesh has 64 active cases and as many as 56 people succumbed so far.
Yesterday, the Arunachal government in a fresh set of guidelines also limited the gathering of people to a maximum of 100 in marriage ceremonies and on other occasions such as festivals, religious, cultural, prayers and rituals the gathering of people cannot exceed 50.
Also, in the fresh set of guidelines, it’s stated that the Arunachal government will charge Rs 500 per RT-PCR test and Rs 200 for rapid antigen test.
