Curfew will be imposed in Arunachal Pradesh from 3 pm onwards today

Arunachal Pradesh, February 23, 2019:

Violence breaks out during protest against PRC to Non Arunachali citizens.

In order to tackle the law and order situation, Army has been deployed and curfew will be imposed by the administration at Itanagar that will start from 3 pm today.

The protestors, who stand against the issue of PRC to Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled tribe (APST) of Namsai and Changlang, burnt government vehicles and bus stops at Itanagar.

Bollywood actor and producer Satish Kaushik, producer Romi Laheri, Naga singer Aluboo Naga, and Assamese singer Anwesha Sharma are stuck in the state and is unable to leave the state due to the growing violence.
