Rs 1.8 crore seized ahead of PM Modi’s visit in Arunachal

Pasighat, April 3, 2019:

Ahead of the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Arunachal Pradesh, Rs 1.8 crore have been seized from a Scorpio that is allegedly belonging to Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Dr Dangi Perme from Mebo Assembly Constituency at Siang Guest House in East Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh.

As per reports, the vehicle was supposed to escort Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Arunachal Chief Minister Pema Khandu for election rallies.

According to sources, the money came for candidates who got BJP ticket allegedly brought by CM Khandu
