GUWAHATI: YouTuber Paras Singh has been in the headlines since quite some time for his infamous remarks on Arunachal Pradesh MLA Ninong Ering and the entire Arunachalee community.
After a series of ups and downs, Paras is finally back at his home. The young Youtuber uploaded his first video on Wednesday post his return from Arunachal Pradesh prison. In the video, Paras is seen talking about his experience in the northeastern state in a nutshell.
In the beginning he reiterated that he had no intention to mock any community and that it happened ‘all because of a game’.
Overwhelmed by the hospitality of the people in Arunachal, Paras said, “I didn’t feel like I was away from home when I was in Arunachal Pradesh… I never thought that people would be so nice there.”
“Even though I did something wrong, people invited me to their houses, served me delicious food. It’s a beautiful place”.
The YouTuber went on to say that he wouldn’t have come back so soon if it wasn’t for his ailing mother.
Expressing desire to visit Arunachal Pradesh again for a longer period, the YouTuber said that he would make a detailed video of his experience in the state soon as he doesn’t have enough equipments to make videos. His video making equipments were seized during the investigation.
In the video, Paras also said that he talked with MLA Ninong Ering, the very person whom he had mocked in an earlier video. “He treated me like a son”, added Paras.
Towards the end of the video, he became emotional and asked for forgiveness from those who are still angry with him.
