Arunachal: Nuravi Group CEO visits remote Kharsang villages, extends support to over 400 residents
Nuravi Group Chief Executive Officer Ravi Ranjan Chaubey visited the remote villages of Longton-I and Longton-II in Arunachal Pradesh's Kharsang region, where he interacted with residents and extended support to more than 400 beneficiaries as part of a community outreach initiative.
During the visit, Chaubey met local villagers and participated in a community gathering, providing an opportunity for residents to share their concerns and engage directly with the company's leadership. The programme was aimed at strengthening community relations and promoting inclusive development in remote rural areas.
As part of the initiative, essential items including handbags, purses and branded wristwatches were distributed among villagers. According to organisers, over 400 residents benefited from the distribution drive.
Speaking during the visit, Chaubey emphasised the importance of expanding welfare initiatives and ensuring that development reaches communities living in geographically isolated regions. He said Nuravi Group remains committed to supporting local communities through various social development programmes designed to improve livelihoods and well-being.
He also assured residents that the company would continue undertaking community-focused initiatives aimed at addressing local needs and fostering sustainable development.
Villagers welcomed the outreach programme and expressed appreciation for the company's efforts to engage directly with residents in the remote settlements. Many described the visit as a positive step towards strengthening support for communities that often face challenges due to their location and limited access to resources.
The initiative forms part of Nuravi Group's broader commitment to social responsibility and community development beyond its core business activities. The programme also highlighted the role of corporate participation in promoting welfare and inclusive growth in underserved areas.
The event concluded with interactions between company representatives and villagers, underscoring the importance of collaborative efforts in advancing community development and social inclusion in the region.
