Ane Shishu Vatika, Abotani Vidya Niketan, celebrated Tiranga Utsav today at Kamak Nagar Pachin Naharlagun as part of the ongoing Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan. The event echoed with the spirit of nationalism as children presented deshbhakti geets (patriotic songs), filling the air with pride and unity.
The celebration was graced by Tagak, former Advisor to the Chief Minister and BJP leader; Tomge Lollen, Secretary of Arunachal Shiksha Vikas Samiti (ASVS), Vidya Bharati Arunachal Pradesh; and Tadar Kama, Working Chairman of Abotani Vidya Niketan SMC. All three dignitaries joined the children in the festivities, appreciating their spirited performances.
Speaking on the occasion, Tagak emphasized that children are the pride of the nation and the torchbearers of its future. “By instilling the true spirit of patriotism, cultural heritage, and values in our younger generation from the foundation stage, we pave the way for a stronger India,” he remarked.
Reflecting on the hardships of the freedom movement, Tagak paid tribute to the freedom fighters and martyrs whose sacrifices secured the nation’s independence. He urged citizens to nurture this hard-earned freedom, remain organized, and uphold their basic duties and responsibilities as true patriots. “As we march towards Amrit Kaal, it is our collective responsibility to contribute at every level for the progress of our motherland,” he added.
