NCP wins ZPM seats in Diyun and Bordumsa, defeats BJP in Arunachal
The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) registered key victories in the Zilla Parishad Member (ZPM) elections in Diyun and Bordumsa constituencies under the 49th Bordumsa–Diyun Legislative Assembly Constituency in Arunachal Pradesh, with results declared on Saturday, December 20.
In the Diyun Zilla Parishad constituency, NCP candidate Sache Singpho won by a margin of 210 votes, defeating Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ZPM candidate Lathow Onggam.
Similarly, in the Bordumsa Zilla Parishad constituency, Maulin Agan of the NCP secured victory over BJP candidate Thinnong Umbu by a margin of 177 votes.
The twin wins underscore strong voter support for the NCP in the region and are expected to influence local governance dynamics in the Bordumsa–Diyun belt.
