<p>The rally began at around 11 am, with participants raising slogans against the reported forceful shifting of Sonam Wangchuk to a hospital and alleged pressure on him to end his fast.</p>

<p>Organisers said the demonstration was conducted peacefully and aimed at expressing solidarity with Wangchuk’s demand for constitutional safeguards and protection of Ladakh’s rights.</p>
