Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma hoisted the national flag on the occasion of India’s 74th Republic Day celebration in a programme held at Veterinary College Field in Khanapara, Guwahati on January 26.

Arunachal Chief Minister Pema Khandu unfurled the National flag at Indira Gandhi Park of Itanagar where the celebration took place on January 26, 2023.
Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu in his speech exhorted the people of the state to join hands with the government in its crusade against the drug menace.
Joining nation-wide 74th Republic Day celebration, Manipur government also observed the day with mass participation from across the state.
The State Level Republic Day Celebrations, 2023 was held at Kangla with Governor of Manipur La Ganesan unfurling the National flag and taking salute from different march-past contingents.
Chief Minister N. Biren Singh, Cabinet Ministers, Lokayukta of Manipur, Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly Constituencies, Chief Secretary, Director General of Police and Senior Civil and Police Officials also took part in the celebration.
Tripura Governor Satyadeo Naryan Arya attended the ceremonial flag unfurling of the 74th Republic Day celebration at Assam Rifles ground and unfurled the national flag on January 26.
Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma shared Republic Day wishes to people. "Today marks the beginning of a people-first nation, a country for its people. I extend Republic Day greetings to everyone! Jai Hind!", he tweeted.
