12 death in Golaghat district after Drinking Spurious Liquor

Guwahati, February 22, 2019:

12 people died in Salmara Tea Garden in Golaghat district, after drinking spurious liquor Thursday night.

The deceased have been identified as Atuwa Pujor, Suklal Pujor, Bel Bhumij, Draupadi Urang, Agni Gowala, Bondhin Bauri, Santi Pujor, Binti Bhokta.

Barely after few hours after police cracked down on the illicit brew in nearby and vendor Sanju Urang has been detained.
