12 hours Karbi Anglong Bandh 

Diphu, January 24, 2019:

The Karbi Students Association (KSA), Dimasa Student Union (DSU), Hill Tribal League HTL, Karbi Student Union (KSU), Karbi Students and Youth Council( KSYC)  Karbi Farmer Association (KFA), Karbi National Assembly (KNA) called 12 hours bandh on Friday (January 25) from 5 am in the morning till 5pm in the evening.

The bandh has been called in protest against the implementation of Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2016 by both Central and State Government.

The activities and duties like Medical, School Examination, Water Supply, etc. have been exempted from the bandh.
