Another earthquake of magnitude 5.5 hit Arunachal Pradesh with East Kameng of Arunachal Pradesh as its epicentre. Its origin has been reported from Latitude: 27.7 N and Longitude: 92.7 E, the earthquake originated at a depth of 10 Km.
It is to be mentioned that three consecutive earthquakes hit East Kameng yesterday as well within an hour. The impact was felt across various parts of the Northeast.

The first earthquake hit with 5.6 magnitude at around 2:52 pm and its impact could be felt for as long as ten seconds. The earthquake originated in East Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh. Its origin has been reported from Latitude: 27.7 N and Longitude: 92.8 E. The earthquake originated at a depth of 10 km.
The second earthquake of magnitude 3.8 occurred at around 3 pm (15:04:58 IST) at the same epicentre- East Kameng of Arunachal Pradesh. Its origin has been reported from Latitude:27.4 N and Longitude: 92.9 E with a depth of 10 Km.
And the third and the latest earthquake of magnitude 4.9 occurred at around 3:21 pm (15:21:59 IST) with its epicentre at Kurung Kumey of Arunachal Pradesh. Its origin has been reported from Latitude:27.9 N and Longitude: 93.3 E with a depth of 95 Km.
