The dance which earned applause from the public was soon shared on social media platforms, where netizens were quick to laud the girls for their energy and precise and well co-ordinated moves.
Meanwhile, Khairabari in Bhergaon subdivision of Udalguri district has worn a festive look ever since the beginning of the 59th annual conference of the Bodo Sahitya Sabha, that began earlier today.

Delegates from all the district committees are taking part, while a good number of delegates from Meghalaya, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland are also partcipating in the grand event. Besides, trans-national delegates from neighboring countries such as Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar and Bhutan are also present.
The ceremony officially began with the inauguration of the Lambu Dhgar Boro memorial gate by the Udalguri Deputy Commissioner Prakash Ranjan Gharphalia. Then, the martyr Ghana Kanta Boro memorial volunteer camp was inaugurated by the Principal of Khairabari College, Hiren Deka Narzi. Udalguri Police SP Ripul Das inaugurated the guest house constructed in memory of martyr Dhanaram Boro. The pandal was officially inaugurated by ABSU Vice-President Dhiren Boro.
