AGP-BJP crucial meeting at AGP Office in Ambari

Guwahati, March 14, 2019:

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) have sat for a crucial meeting on Thursday evening at the AGP office in Ambari.

Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, BJP president Ranjit Dass, MP Kamakhya Prasad Tasa, BJP Assam Prabhari Mahendra Singh along with AGP president Atul Bora, minister Keshab Mahanta, Phani Bhuchan Choudhury, Information and Publicity secretary Manoj Saikia and MLA Satyabrat Saikia are present at the meeting.

The meeting did not witness the presence of senior AGP leader Prafulla Kumar Mahanta, who has claimed that he had no knowledge of the AGP-BJP alliance and only came to know about from the media.

Further details of the meeting are yet to be received.
