GUWAHATI: Ahead of the Assam assembly poll, over 300 former and present members of All Assam Student’s Union (AASU) joined Asom Gana Parishad ( AGP) on Saturday in presence of the Minister of Water Resources, Science and Technology and Information Technology, Keshab Mahanta, Minister for Agriculture and Veterinary in the Cabinet of Assam Government, Atul Bora.

Sharing the information Minister Keshav Mahanta wrote on twitter,“Today ,More than 300 former and present members of AASU joined the largest regional party of northeast @agpofficial_in presence of party president @ATULBORA2 jee and other leaders . #AGP is committed to serve people with dedication and honesty. #kaliabor #keshabmahanta #AASU”.

Minister Bora also wrote, “our root growing strong among the youths. He happily welcome former and current members of AASU to AGP. He gave them best wishes and urged them to serve the people of Assam.”
