AJP chief Lurinjyoti Gogoi's mother passes away

Dibrugarh: In a tragic development, AJP president Lurinjyoti Gogoi's mother passed away around 10:45 pm today.

Dulu Gogoi was admitted to the Sanjivani Hospital in Dibrugarh in a critical condition on March 29 last.

Lurin, who was busy campaigning for the elections, rushed back to be with his ailing mother.

The leaders of the AJP have all expressed profound sorrow over the passing of Lurin's mother.
