ASSAM: AAGSU PROTEST DEMANDING JUSTICE FOR INSPECTOR NARAYAN BARAL IN KOKRAJHAR

The officials of excise department lodged protest in front of the District Commissioner's office demanding to arrest the murderers of Narayan Baral. Baral was slayed in the Ultapani area of Kokrajhar District. But the murders are not held till date since 1 month of his death. However to vouce against this, under the aegis of AAGSU, organizations like AGS, AANSS, in front of a children's park holding placards. They chanted slogans against Government, BTC administration  and Assam Government.  Here AAGSU's BTC Chetriya Samiti's director J Chauhan, Kokrajhar district director, Raju Cherri,  AANSS's director  Krishna Bahadur Thapa were present. They urged the officials to take firm step towards arresting the miscreants and affirmed the more such protest will be staged if justice isn't laid. They also handed a memorandum to the District Commissioner to be submitted to CM Sarbananda Sonowal,  Governor of Assam and Home Minister of India.
