The All Bodo Students Union ( ABSU ) has put the demand to the state government and education department to consider for provincialisation of all the Bodo medium schools of Assam with posts provincialisation without any condition as education minister of Assam has declared for school provincialisation across the state.
In a press statement,ABSU president Dipen Boro has made an appealed to the state government and education department for provincialisation of all Bodo medium school with posts provincialisation for paving the way healthy development and uplift of the Bodo medium schools.

The Clause 6.3 of the BTR accord quotes, " Govemement of Assam will initiate measures to provincialise () Schools and Colleges established
in BTAD, and Bodo medium schools outside BTAD, as per special need and requirement. The state Government will also take measures to appoint lectures In Bodo Department in colleges outside as a special consideratian".
The students union also urge to include the name of those candidates whose name has been appeared in the first provisional list of the TET for LP/UP and later their names have been removed from the list by the
recruitment committee as they are from CTET background where Bodo language has not been included yet as language option. But all those candidates four are from Goalpara district and 2 are from Sonitpur
Further the Union clarifies regarding the news published on 17th August, 2020 in regard to the legal appointment in BTC. He said that the ABSU demanded only to investigate and prompt necessary actions before the
honourable Governor through a memorandum of the illegal recruitment done by BPF-led Council government during their last tenure of the six month of 2019-2020, not from 2005 to 2020 which was
wrongly published in daily newspaper for which a rumour and misunderstanding spread among the employees of BTC. Hence, special attention and consideration for exemption should be given to the martyr
