Guwahati, May 24, 2019:

The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) will declare the results of the Higher Secondary (HS) examinations on Saturday (May 25).

The results will be declared for all the three streams: Science, Arts, and Commerce.

Nearly 249,673 students belonging to the three streams of Science, Arts, and Commerce have appeared the High Secondary Education examination this year. Out of these, 37,455 appeared under science stream; 18,291 appeared under the commerce stream and 1,68,187 appeared under Arts stream; 910 appeared under the vocational stream.

The AHSEC has announced different websites and the mobile app to check the results which will be available at 9:00 am on Saturday. The list of websites are: www.ahsec.nic.in, www.hsinfo.in, www.knowyourresult.com, www.indiaresults.com, www.results.siksha, www.examresults.net, www.schools9.com, www.jagranjosh.com, www.exametc.com, www.assamjobalerts.com, www.EduAssam.com, www.timesofindia.com, www.resultsamarujala.com, www.assamresults.in, www.iResults.net, www.vidyavison.com, www.newsnation.in, www.assam.siksha.com, www.school.gradup.com and www.assamonline.in

The HS appearing candidates can also download the android app ‘UPOLOBDHA’ from Google Play-store to check the results.

The records of last year's results are: Arts stream: 73.16%, Science stream: 86.24%, and Commerce stream: 82.72%.

It is to be mentioned that the Boards of Secondary Education (SEBA) has already declared the results of the Higher Secondary Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination on May 15, 2019.

In the 10th results, Meghashree Borah from Sankardev Shishu Bidya Niketan, Narayanpur (Lakhimpur) topped the exam this time with 594 marks, while Chinmoy Hazarika from Don Bosco School, Bhakchung in Jorhat and Pratyasha Medhi from St. Mary’s Guwahati have jointly secured the second position with 593 marks. Afreen Ahmed from Cristjyoti School and Anushree Bhuyan from St. Mary’s Guwahati have secured the 3rd position with 591 marks each.
