It is reported that a woman was molested by a miscreant in the Dimorupar area of Hojai. The incident reflected the deteriorating law and order of the State. It is reported that the miscreant first attacked the woman by face and then allegedly ripped off her clothes.Hearing the screamings of the victim in combat,  the local people came to her rescue. The people then handed the miscreant over to the Police. It is reported that an FIR has been lodged by the family members of the victim against the miscreant
