Based on specific inputs, a team of Golaghat Police launched an operation in the area and recovered one grenade, two live round cartridges of 9mm pistol, six sets of militant uniforms and six jackets of magazine holder from the residence of one identified as Papu Ali.

Police officials informed that these ammunitions were kept hidden at the backyard of Papu Ali in the straw stock.
As per official reports, Papu along with his father Azizur Rahman, are absconding. Both are engaged in wood log business.
