TAMULPUR: BJP party nominee and UPPL-GSP party-backed candidate Biswajit Daimary today intensified his election campaign by taking part in rallies in the Paneri Constituency where he outlined his vision for the future.
Addressing a meeting Daimary said, "The people of the country are attracted to the BJP party today for the welfare schemes done by the Narendra Modi-led BJP government for the people of the country. Similarly, in Assam, the Sarbananda Sonowal led government has taken up many schemes that are for the people. So the people of Assam will reject other parties this time and vote for BJP candidates in the state and BJP-UPPL-GSP alliance candidates in the BTC."
Noting that the Paneri constituency is full of various problems, Daimary said there is a serious problem of drinking water including education, transportation, health in other areas of Panari constituency as well as Dimakuchi and northern areas.
Speaking to the electors, Daimary also promised to implement a Rupees 1,000 Crore water supply scheme in Dimakuchi area along the Bhutan border after taking the consent of the Centre.
