The people of Borpung tarapung still struggles to get proper medical treatment. Recently it came to light after a Video have gone viral in Social Media some People were carrying a seriously ill patient hanging in between the two ends stems of a Bamboo.

The distance from Chowkihola Police Station is of 70km and the place so interior that there are no vehicles that travel across the village.
