ASSAM: BTC ORDERS CLOSURE OF CARBON FACTORY

On a serious note the Carbon Factory of Dhaligoan in Chirang district of Assam was closed after strict orders passed by the Bodoland territorial Council Chief Hagrama Mahilary. The factory covered quite a large area under Kajalgoan, leaving the whole area in the form of airborne dusts, sprays, mists, smokes and fumes. The factory had been allegedly running without permission. The factory was closed down as it was operating without proper documentations from the BTC authorities
