In Today's Prime Minister Vision of Digital India will it be possible to fully digitalised India where a state department is deprived of basic internet connectivity for 15 days?

Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi took the initiative making India digital. Although many schemes were introduced to digitalize India but the ground reality is far from the fact that Chirang transport department, Assam is still deprived from net connectivity.

The scenario is completely different from the reality which the Modi government is showcasing to the common people.

The Chirang transport department staffs are piled with pending works and running with the help of one or two private internet dongles. The department is totally dependent on the internet connectivity and without internet connection the State Transport Dept could not work properly.
