DHUBRI: In an operation conducted by the Forest Check Station Ranger, Dhubri, the team seized one sand loaded tractor and one band saw mill which was illegally operating in a village of Bilasipara.
According to Dhubri Forest Check Station Ranger, Harish Nath, based on a secret information a team of Assam Forest Protection Force staff Dhubri jointly conducted the operation in the remote area of Jugirmahal and siezed one band saw mill.
During the raid the mill operators were able to flee from the spot, whereas there was no valueable teaks or logs.
Meanwhile, the staffs of the forest department while returning able to sieze one tractor loaded with sand which was illegally trespassing through Pathimari area of Sapatgram.

The driver of the tractor able to flee from the spot as soon as the forest vehicle stop to nab the driver.
Later, the band saw mill and sand loaded tractor being brought to Sapatgram Forest Depot.
