Assam: Escaped COVID-19 positive rape convict arrested at Lungsung

Initiating strict search operation, Kokrajhar, Assam police today apprehended Sukat Murmu alias Sukla after five days, who fled the RNB civil hospital Kokrajhar on 29th July was COVID-19 positive rape convict.

He was arrested today morning at Lungsung area in Kokrajhar district.
